Was it delivered via dpd at all? If so I have used them shipping records and ads and they have been known to scrunch corners and damage goods. Sorry to hear about your bad luck, good luck to everyone else.
Oh God..just imagine the condition for the prints for the people (like me) who are in the other side of the globe...
We´ll be getting big disappointments on the next weeks... :/
Anyway, as I saw that coming, I sent to them a mail with the advice to please put some hard cardboard inside to reinforce..I don´t know at this point if they did it or not...
I think the only way to avoid this for sure must have being buying the 12" vinyl...

I live in Ontario, Canada, and it has a ways to go before it's in my hands...
Sorry, you are having problems James_23uk. I received in all two signed prints. They are both bent (one worse than the other). I can get away with mine in a frame but, for something "packed well" it isn't is it? I would complain!
I should have ordered the 12" as well to protect the prints. I contacted the store to add to my order (didnt want to order online and pay an extra postage fee) but they never got back to me.

Lesson learnt for next time.
Ordering the record is no guarantee that the print would be in pristine condition.
I received the vinyl album and signed print- no creases or wrinkles but a big old scuff mark in the white area one might see when a printer's rollers are dirty.

I'm in Ontario as well. I did not get Burning The Heather until early Jan. It took a month in the mail to get to me.

Keep e-mailing them until you hear from them. (About your damaged print)
