I'd be glad to take a damaged print at this point. I pre-ordered the double disc with the print and have received neither a shipping notification nor any product. The store will not respond to any of my inquiries. Between the way the store has been incapable of handling this product and the shoddy quality of both the print and the lazy autographs, the whole thing is way below the level we have come to expect from the Boys. As a lifelong fan, the whole thing is an incredible letdown.

Still waiting for the dispatch email (and CD of course) here on the east coast of the US 😡
I'm on the West Coast and nothing here as well. No notice, nothing. I even paid for the upgraded courier service.

I got an email on Thursday to say that I will receive notification on Friday by 11am as to when the parcel would be delivered.
Got notification late on Friday to say that delivery will be on Saturday.
On Saturday got another message to say that there was an issue with the delivery and it was going to be delivered on Monday. As there was no one here on Monday to take the parcel, I redirected it to a local shop that dpd recommended. Received an email that I will get an email on Monday by midday with a barcode to collect the parcel once it has been delivered to the shop.
Have a guess, as of Monday night. Nada. Nothing. Zilch.
The distance between the depot and the shop is about 2 miles. So why is it taking so long?
Why does the online shop not use Royal Mail? A lot of us would have had received the album sooner and probably in better condition, going by some of the comments. We need to complain to the online shop about this.
Rant over.

If you go into the DPD on line tracking and click on "Where has my parcel been?" it should show its current status

Just noticed that when you visit the official site, the opening "Hotspot" welcome page link to buy the LP/CD takes you not to the official PSB store, but to Amazon. Why would they do that? Send you to a third party seller instead of their own shop... odd.

I just got my OS email today that my special edition order has been dispatched! :grumble:

I ordered it on Dec 12th for crying out loud.

I dont care about waiting so much but that is pretty pathetic. I wish the Boys would ditch these jokers.

Same here — ordered on Dec 13th, dispatched today.
I guess those jokers are just cost-effective for the business, hard to ditch.

I also got the dispatch email today. Can't wait to get the CD and hopefully the print will arrive in one piece.
