Captain EO

#1 Post by Nickname »

We have many pics about the moment PSB went to the premiere of Captain EO. There is a very short video of that moment with the sister from Chris.

It reminds me of an Erasure concert.

Captain EO is one of the worst thing Michael Jackson has ever created. It was directed by Francis Ford Coppola and produced by George Lucas. Apart from that, I love Michael Jackson music and PSB has been influenced by him. It's not a secret, the bassline of West End Girls is more o less the same Billie Jean has and I know Thriller (the song) was on a playlist of songs PSB used to listen.

I had wanted a MJ and PSB collaboration. it would have been amazing, that's for sure.

Urm, no way is the bass line form West End Girls similar to Billy Jean.

Wonder if the boys ever met Michael.

Bassline?

The beats on the original 1984 version are similar to those from Billie Jean
