Boy, I sure miss the days when they did double-entendres. Like "Can't Take My Eyes Off You". Where maybe he is looking at the person, but also maybe his eyes are literally on them and Neil is having trouble removing them from their skin. Good old days.
Let's not forget the legendary "Did You See Me Coming?" - won't bother explaining that one.

That’s the thing about negative energy, about hatred. It can be positive. It throws into relief all the things you know you like. It tells you, by elimination, what you’re about. Sometimes you can only define yourself by what you hate. Hatred becomes an inspiration; it makes you think, “What I’m doing now I totally believe in, and I don’t care what other people say.” Guided by hatred, you don’t have to follow the herd. - Neil Tennant

So, where on the Geowayne's Rating Project will the four Agenda-tracks end up?

My guess is:

93 The forgotten child
188 On social media
271 What are we going to do about the rich?
322 Give stupidity a chance

The correct answer:

196. The forgotten child
237. On social media
332. What are we going to do about the rich?
333. Give stupidity a chance

At least I had the internal ranking order correct.

So I've hardly listened to these tracks since they were digitally released a few months ago.

So I am stoked that April 12 turns out to be this coming Friday :) [assuming Agenda comes through my letterbox]

Excited. [and yes I do like it, especially What are we going to do about the rich?]

I'm curious to hear if the mastering for the CD is different than the lossless digital download I purchased in February. The criticisms that the audio is overly compressed and lacks detail, at least on the download, is spot on.

German distributor GoodToGo delivered Agenda EP and Inner Sanctum BluRay to the record store I work at today, Wednesday.
Vinyl pressing looks a bit dodgy (haven't had a listen yet) but Live at Rock in Rio and Inner Sanctum on BluRay look and sound great.

Nice to see my David Walliams "Annually" has arrived in Dorset this morning.
Currently enjoying the 13 page interview they've devoted to him

13 page interview
Ouch. Talk about filler in an overpriced book. I'm happy they're still doing it, but I wouldn't mind if they went back to a paperback version.

David Walliams...
Good grief, couldn’t bear 13 lines about the man never mind 13 pages! That really is filler.

Did anybody put the hand on the Agenda vinyl yet?
Any nice details (inner sleve, extra pictures...) to make it worth buying?

The vinyl edition's cover and inner sleeve are glossy, for the rest it's nothing special designwise. Just looks nice:

It's only £7.99 on amazon.co.uk, for that price it's a bargain if you're into vinyl. Otherwise why bother buying it as you already have the songs on the CD.

I did appreciate Annually (only bought it because of the CD, did purchase the 2017 one for the same reason). The Williams interview is actually about him being a PSB fan, nice read but will not read it ever again (neither did that with the 2017 edition). The 1986 interview with current-day comments was nice.
