All of their other live CDs / VHSs / DVDs have retained the one word title format so I don’t think this would be any different.

This specific ROH show was given its own name, though, so I reckon "Pet Shop Boys - House - Inner Sanctum live at ROH" would be a little confusing.

I would love "Opera" as the title. Tongue in cheek, and also could refer to the original meaning of the word i.e. the plural of "opus".

It wouldn’t really be any different to DVDs such as Montage and Cubism being titled something completely different to the Nightlife and Fundamental tours that are on them though.
