I only use a PC, so that's weird - seems a bit random. In any event it would be nice if it stopped!

The speech marks are because somewhere you've got an ad blocker running, if you disable it for this site and then reload the pages the speech marks should be gone :D
if you can't always be good at least always be kind...

Many thanks for the tip, but unfortunately so far I haven't been able to work out how to do that. It'd actually be really good if there could be...ahem...
SOME KIND OF OVERALL FIX THAT WOULD SORT IT OUT FOR EVERYONE
