All these stories about delayed/cancelled/missing deliveries and orders......it's as if mail order never existed. Seems easier to just refund an unhappy purchaser than to actually fulfil an order.

Coles just emailed me, cancelled my order, and refunded. They did not receive the signed copies as expected. I have ordered a cheap copy via Amazon so I can keep my limited edition sealed.
Thank you for the warning df118junkie. Sadly, after reading this I also had the same e-mail.

It’s absolutely scandalous the way these deliveries have been organised. Are some people still waiting on their limited editions too? I was lucky enough to get mine, but if I hadn’t I’d be pushing the issue.
Just for the sake of it, make sure you're always frowning. :|
It shows the world that you've got substance and depth.

In the e-mail I received they said that Neil hadn't signed enough books to keep up with the demand. They are going to get Neil to sign more books but, it will not be done in time for Christmas. They don't know when it will be and asked if I was still interested in a signed book. I have said "yes". They refunded me my money and will reorder again when the book is there. I don't think that Neil thought so many would like a signed book lol....

Just organised very badly. (Not Coles at fault).

I have an unsigned copy............. believe me, unsigned copies are going to be a genuine collector's item in years to come...

^^^^^ Probably easier to get your hands on the first draft of the Old Testament than a signed copy of 'One Hundred Lyrics and a Poem' ; )

Who edited the first draft of the OT, I wonder?

They should be sacked....

Someone at Faber & Faber....they're blaming the dodgy postal service in Jerusalem for St Luke's signed copies not being despatched in time for Christmas....

Got my limited edition no 391. The strange thing is that both sides of the outer surface are just plain white, no title printed unlike the photo from the OS:

Only the spine has the title printed. A rare misprint?

Does anyone know if Neil is/or has been on the tv/radio talking about his book?

Oh, not opened mine! That photo was taken by David Walliams. Maybe it’s one of The I-V or just both standard and limited side by side
