Do you really think they'd ask their fans to help pay for the release of a DVD? There's a difference between having no money and choosing how you spend your money.

Dreadful idea. I like Rufus Wainwright but I'm not paying for him. Or the pet shop boys.

That worked out pretty well for the 'Inside The Pleasuredome" box. Really sorry I never bothered getting that now.

How much I love Pet Shop Boys, I wouldn't think twice about contributing to an official PSB crowdfunding project.

I'm not sure if Parlophone wanted the Salford concert out on CD or not, but I imagine there would be problems putting it out there when He dreamed of machines is on the setlist.

Of all the full professionally recorded Electric shows on YouTube, which do people think has the best audio? I'm looking to rip one show to my iTunes archive.

The sound quality on this is really great, but it is the Sonar show - so not quite the full Electric setlist.

I seem to remember the Miami concert was done pretty well. I think that was the one that was linked to the OS for a while

btw the Electric setlist changed as the Tour went on, for example The Last to Die was dropped and the last track became Vocal/It's Alright

Isn't the original album special enough as it is?

A set which contained the Electric show on DVD and the previously mentioned unreleased Electric remixes would make for a good stop-gap release as we await the new album.
