Format USA Release on Astralwerks

I just got an email from amazon saying that FORMAT USA
is getting ready to ship.

can anyone confirm if Astralwerks is releasing this and when.

total price is $30.00 which is high for a us domestic release.

My email price for this purchase is $21.00 since I pre ordered this In January 2012.

That is being sold by a reseller (Red Tag Market), just fulfilled by Amazon. Prrety sure it will just be the Parlophone issue.
