The I Started a Joke snippet is beautiful. The Way Through the Woods sounds fascinating but I'm not overly keen on A Certain Je ne sais Quoi, but I hope that will change when I hear the whole song.

Conclusion: I'm definitely getting I Started a Joke.

The quality is irrelevant (and frankly not nearly as bad as it used to be years ago), you get a taste for how the rest will be like. The only snippet that didn't really reveal anything was Woods, and honestly I think that is the reason I am most excited to hear that track in its full glory.

A-ha! A kindred spirit. It's the hope, isn't it? The intrigue?

The desperation?

Hardly desperation, I like the sound of the other two tracks very much.

All still online Eldritch! But here's an alternative Link!
I am with you on this one Steffen. But Walk In The Woods snippet sounds like it was taken near the end of the song. The snippet seems to cut off at the end suddenly just when it appears to be changing direction.

I am also starting to like Winner. At least the versus. The chorus I am not 100% sold on.

Awesome, they covered "I Started a Joke" I have thought they should do that song since they released "I Get Along." I have actually sung along to the Bee Gees version in my faux Neil voice.
All I can say is thanks to them.... Now I really need this single.

These snippets certainly revived the fanbase after the dissapointment with Winner and its video

Indeed, as much as I was disappointed with Winner, I'm excited about A certain "Je ne sais quoi" and I started a joke. :D

Alternate snippets:

'A certain "Je ne sais quoi"' doesn't sound as epic as in the Amazon snippet but it's good anyway.

'The way through the woods' could have been on "Fundamental".

And 'I started a joke' is simply beautiful.

I think I like all three more than I did based on these new snippets.

Woods - sung not spoken... it feels very Potemkin - which I know I'll love.

Quoi - I like the chorus - but the middle eight (just audible in the last few seconds) sounds ACE!

Joke - fine. As expected.

Do you lot sneak a look at your presents under the tree at Christmas as well? I'm happy waiting...

Of course! Deny that happiness is open as an option, and disappointment disappears overnight.
