So, let me get this straight: a vapourwave mix is the song just slowed down?

The trend is tend to slow down songs "for the chill".
If you're searching on Youtube for "put song name in here
slowed", you'll find loads of those versions. They pitch down everything and slow it.
I admit that I think some tracks sound more chilled/vibed when they're slowed down, e.g. Desire by Years & Years.
Most of them sound awful, but I’ve got to say I quite like the slowed down version of Dolly Parton’s Jolene.

A blues would be in B flat, pain defining wisdom,
but the soul is in the high hat, programmed in the system.

Not YouTube as such, but Vimeo. I know that colourisation of black and white film can be a bit hit and miss. This is OK. I've seen worse efforts.. So Hard video in colour..

Sin With Sebastian - Boys and Girls (High Nrg Mix)
Interesting, this is obviously remix of PSB remix
but Pet Shop Boys is not credited.
