Re: The Theory about Disco 5
Yes, I think "Disco 5" with tour mixes could be an excellent cross between a remix- and greatest-hits albums. Since there's no actual hits in the past decade, the only way to upend "PopArt" is a four-disc compilation, or a complete singles collection, so this is a nice compromise...

Mixcloud is great for these kinds of things!
Mega.nz also provides great streaming/download capabilities. Heck, even Google Drive is pretty good for this.

Electric, that's all. And I won't be judged, since I wasn't even alive in their Imperial era.

Re: IT COULDN’T HAPPEN HERE BLU-RAY SCORE A SEMITONE LOWER
It was discussed before in another thread, it's due to a mismatch between 25fps and 24fps, which has something to do with the formats. If we're being extra precise, 25/24 is less than a semitone difference, but very close to one!

Re: What would you think a future PSB's album should sound like in order to reinvent themselves?
James Ford has produced Jessie Ware's new album 'What's Your Pleasure?'. A sublime pop album that nods to many artists and references, yet sounds contemporary. He has beautifully combined electronics with elegant orchestration and production, not a million miles from PSB. Listen to 'The Kill', the ...

Re: Cicero - Love Is Everywhere Demo
Well, the tracks weren't exactly Neil Tennant cowrites, and were pretty weak tbh. Great production obviously, but never got what they saw in him.

Thanks for sharing, coufy! I remember downloading a documentary with a bit of that recording, which I couldn't watch without subtitles, but that is perfection! Always thought it was so visually arresting.

Gotta be honest - this looks like ass. All they did was a slight AI upscale, they didn't really go back to the tapes.

...to you. I'm actually very happy with "Monkey business" and "I don't wanna", content with "Burning the heather" - the only dud was "Dreamland", pretty flaccid.

Annie has like 7 good tracks, and the new one is boring. But yeah, Stefan is cool! He did deny PSB were an influence on him a decade ago, hopefully that's changed by now.

I rebuke this thread!
Sounding more like Kraftwerk would be right up my alley, but I don't want any particular direction for them. As long as the songs are good, you can dress them however you like.
