They are performing at the National TV Awards next Tuesday at the 02 in London. Think it’s broadcast on ITV the same evening.
I was wondering why (how) they were on that - it seems that Walliams is the host this year, so now it makes sense.

Only the Dark is my favourite track on the album but Happy People is the obvious next single.

Re: Your favourite Hotspot Instrumental?

Will-o-the-wisp indeed because it's a great track but the lyrics are not appealing to a 100% straight person. I in fact have replaced Will-o-the-wisp , Dreamland and Wedding in Berlin with their instrumentals in my Hotspot playlist. Why Dreamland? Is it because there are two gay singers? The lyrics...

Once again, nickname, the correct word in English is ‘opinion’ rather than ‘fact’.

They do, but probably costs Digital Stores a bit more money and they might have a shedload to send out.
Rather randomly, they delivered it this morning without fanfare (warning).

Surprised there’s no BBCR4 Front Row interview. They usually champion the Boys’ every move?

UPDATE:

Delivery from DPD now scheduled for Monday.
Yes, mine too. I'm assuming that's Monday 27th but I'm not counting any chickens.

I'm rather shocked that DPD don't deliver at the weekend.

How many interviews can an ageing synthpop duo do? It's The Guardian!

As pop’s great satirists reveal their romantic side on their new album, they talk about the misery of modern music, rock feuds and the joy of lunchtime clubbing The new Pet Shop Boys album is, they say, the third in a trilogy. Hotspot follows 2013’s Electric and 2016’s Super, all collaborations with...

I would like to see full female nudities in a PSB video because we already saw full men nudities in a video (a bottom) and a single cover (a penis).

Only once in a lifetime!
It was a separate bottom and penis.

Re: Monkey Business Official Video

It would be nice a PSB video with female nudities (like the boy jumping in the Being Boring video) because it's not usual at all. There are plenty of near-naked women in the Being Boring video. In fact you couldn't get a video that was more loaded with attractive young people from both sexes. Anywa...

Re: Album closers / final track - do you have a favourite?

They've actually been really good at choosing closers, right back to Please. The first one I don't rate highly is Saturday Night Forever but I can see why they chose it as the closing track. Footsteps is similar - it makes sense why it's there but it's an average track. I suppose that shows the decl...
