You may have found this already but the track was played by Pete Tong on 24th August 2007 after 'Peter Hook on the phone' which I assume was an interview. It was listed on the Radio 1 website as a white label.

Althoug Eil.com suggest 'try finding the CD with this track on it's a real rarity' in their description of the poster forthe withdrawn version.

In all these years I have never seen them (eil) have a copy for sale.

There are lots of people named Chris Lowe...a very common name. Definitely the right choice for Neil, should he decide to learn how to operate a vehicle. Well there is Chris Lowe of PSB... Chris Lowe the driving instructor... Chris Lowe the newsreader... Chris Lowe the quintet (complete with anothe...

Lost you a bit. Wasn't following it just because of the connection. Moby Dick is on my list of books to read and it just so happens that I've said 'hello' to Philip at a couple of PSB events and there was the extra intrest of seeing how he came across on TV. 'Very often it's without the PSBs connect...

Bought my copy from Mark Twitty's personal collection (fans may remember he used to run the mail order 'Relentless'.

Quite a fair price I have to say can't remember exactly how much now. He put some of his stuff on eBAY but you could also ask him for a fuller list.

Neil and Chris played the My Robot Friend version at the Return to new York club evening at the Great Eastern Hotel before the PSB version came out and Neil seemd to be having a wonderful time almost singing along to it. I got to see My Robot Friend at a club night on another occassion and his stage...

It is an official mix of the song and was commisioned I think by Robbie's label.

Oh I see. Producer credit.

In a sense any time Neil and Chris do something they are not only 'Pet Shop Boys' but 'The Pet Shop Boys' in that they are both the only members of 'Pet Shop Boys' in other words 'The Pet Shop Boys' can be shorthand for 'members of 'Pet Shop Boys'.

I also remember Neil saying in an interview (I can`t remeber now which one) that the can be used with Pet Shop Boys, if necessary, but using a lower case "t". I think that, although the official band`s name is "Pet Shop Boys", sometimes speaking about it without using the definite article the is im...
