The quality of the soundtrack is no good. Did you saw the movie with the PSB score on??... :roll: Did you saw the movie without it??... :roll: I am a big PSB fan but I don't like it. I think they could do much better. Anyway, it's an opinion. OK...but it didn´t answer my questions.... :roll:

The soundtrack deserves an oscar but I don't believe in it for the following reasons : 1) I think oscars are only for NEW ( most American ) films. 2) Oscars are too American. With all due respect, there's as much chance of Jordan having a kid with Chris Lowe as there is of Hollywood handing PSB an Oscar for a soundtrack to an 80 year old movie. Potemkin Soundtrack: any chance for an Oscar nomination?

I really don´t know the Academy rules for a nomination, and this is a strange situation (a new soundtrack for an old movie...) but if there are any chance, I think it has real posibilities...I´m thinking about the 'Best Score' nomination, not the best song... ...maybe we can suggest it to the Boys! ...

what happens with the Introspective version, is that it`s VERY similar to the original Sterling Void song...when In heard the original one, I fell very disappointed with the Boys work on this cover... :? In the other hand, I think that the 7", 12" and 10" mixes are pure genius...they're near the Top...
