Re: Smash - The Singles 1985 - 2020
This might be the first of their releases i don't bother with, like everyone else on here i have every single track on Smash so struggling to find a reason why to purchase it...apart from the Blu Ray videos but even they are available elsewhere. Think this release is not for the uber fans on here bu...

Re: Best of the worst
I made my excuses and left is a fantastic piece of writing "I felt i should apologise for what i hadn't heard" and "A silence filled the room, awkward as an elephant", absolutely brilliant. The whole song is a lyric masterclass imo, i am not usually fond of their slower songs bu...

Re: Best of the worst
"Burning the heather" has a gem of a chorus I always believe would have been a popular sing-along pub song in another era and don't know why it couldn't still be. Burning the Heather is one of their finest songs, and I'm thrilled it's apparently the template for the next album. Just lovel...

Re: Best of the worst
This was quite easy for me but wanted to really delve into my history with the boys music to double check but my first thoughts were correct, there are a few other tracks that I "tolerate" or are a bit "meh" to me but the ones below offer absolutely nothing musically to me, and I...

Re: Noel Gallagher PSB Remix.
Really looking forward to hearing it, i'm a big fan of Noel's, Chasing Yesterday was a great album and Who Built The Moon was pretty good as well and i have been hoping since PSB worked so much with Johnny Marr and Then Paul Weller that Noel might ask them to do a remix for him...here's hoping it's ...

Wow, that was epic, Heart was incredible.
This feels like their Queen at Live Aid moment, people will remember that performance for a long long time

Have the boys ever worked or spoken about Sparks
I just found "When Do I Get To Sing My Way" by Sparks again after not hearing it for a few years and it got me thinking, have the boys ever worked with Sparks or discussed them as an influence or commented on their music over the years?
