Re: Behaviour - Track by Track podcast

Jolly good actually. I listened to the whole thing. Great to hear them talk so much about the b-sides of that era, and of course the KLF.

Brief snippets from Johnny Marr, Neil, Brothers in Rhythm and a few others.

Re: Left to my own Devices vs Being Boring

Wow Devices is beating Boring at the moment, so much for the mythical fanbase's favourite PSB record.

Re: Actually vs Introspective, choose the best one

Too hard to decide. Actually has many great songs, but Introspective is out of this world on its presentation and the very concept. It's 50/50 from me.

Re: funko Pops

My son just alerted me to this Instagram post of upcoming Pop Figures https://www.instagram.com/p/CCZMcXOpfZk/ Check out the first column, Nos 8 & 9 in the list. I'm not sure how reliable the person is that posted this but it could be happening soon!! Have my money, I want these, whatever they look...

Re: Odds that Chris/Neil read this forum?

They have seen the forum. Neil has described it as "bitchy" in the past, (which I don't disagree with at times).
I doubt they'd take advice from us, didn't Neil say he reads Facebook comments sometimes?

Re: Cicero - Love Is Everywhere Demo

The bagpipes were terrible, but everything else was great. That Loving Feeling is a masterpiece, and Live For Today breaks my heart. Cicero has been shy to come back into the limelight, but now he's doing it, it's great to see him. I recommend following him on Twitter (https://twitter.com/Dave_Cicer...

This arrived today. Hardback. I always loved the song Rudebox, but obviously I bought it for She’s Madonna and We’re The Pet Shop Boys.

Re: I just nearly fainted!

That's a great story, some 'oldie' music teachers don't really get electronic music. I used to have an (older) mate who loves classical music and is a trained pianist. He doesn't know anything about pop music, he had "vaguely heard" of Pet Shop Boys. Before I could play I used to give him a book and...

Re: I just nearly fainted!

Wow, lovely to see, thanks for posting. Do we live in the same house, that looks like my floor :) I'd love to get those. I'd be playing So Sorry I Said on loop from Liza. Not sure how For Your Own Good and Radiophonic would sound on the piano, but I'd love to try. I bet the Happiness is an Option pa...

Re: I just nearly fainted!

It took me close to a year to track down Very! I'm going to have to find that Nightlife book then, there is not even one listed on Ebay!
I play these regularly in case you wondered. :D
