How does Jealousy fit in PSB discography chronologically speaking?

Hi, I think this must have surfaced before, but I haven't found the answer to this. So here I go: In chronological order, Jealousy is supposed to be the fourth single from Behaviour (right after "Where the streets / Seriously"). It appears this way on compilations that list the songs in chronologica...

Re: Smithsonian presents: Project Pride feat. PSB

Amazing new version of West End Girls. I don't know if it's on purpose but they have used the same sound in the final chord change as the one you can hear on a Janet Jackson song released in 1989 "Someday is tonight" (go and find the song and play 5:10 into it) that had chord changes very similar to...

Re: Complete Singles Collection Vol. 2

It's a one-minute excerpt from the Extended Mix, I think? Was supposed to be Track 6 on Actually, similar to "Opportunities (Reprise)". It was also featured in "It couldn't happen here" apart from being on the Jack Bond film soundtrack, has it been released on any official record ? *sorry, instead ...

Re: The best remix ever

Most of the remixed lists here are spot on, especially the first page. The greatest remix ever is We All Feel Better (After Hours Climax). yes, that's one of the strongest. Top five for me I would add that recent remixes I think are excellent and improve the originals are Did you see me coming (Pos...

Re: Anyone else not heard the new album yet?

Dead In Marseilles, after reading your post about listening to the instrumental CD first, I decided I would do the same as you and enjoyed the album that way too. I'm curious as to know what your reaction will be when you get to CD1. I have now listened to the "vocal" album and I can say it was some...

Replace "You are the one" and "Wedding in Berlin" with "An open mind" and "Decide", then you have an album with no weakspots.
There is still Dreamland in it...

Re: Complete Singles Collection Vol. 1

Hi, as I cannot reply to any private message for I have not been here long enough to enjoy full access to the forum, I would like to reply here. I've been remastering those tracks myself from my personal collection of vinyl records (and from one CDV too regarding the first single version of Opportun...

Re: Complete Singles Collection Vol. 1

It's funny for me to see this thread developping as lately I've been starting to make my own remastered PSB CD singles, frustrated by the lack of comprehensive re-releases. So I ripped tracks on vinyl and cleaned them as much as I could or even reconstructed some of them when I didn't own copies fe...

Re: The two ways of singing the chorus of West End girls

On the first version of West End Girls, the one prior to the Parlophone era, Neil even sings some of the choruses with the higher notes for both of the East End Boys occurences. So I guess there are three ways for Neil to sing this chorus. I think he has dropped the higher notes for technical reason...
