Thanks for the link! Olly looks fabulous. But I think his mic needed more volume. Dreamland is a great pop song!

Listening on the BBC2 web page. Very good audio quality. Love that intro to Suburbia. Burn sounds great as usual.

Great idea! That could explain why they met recently. I'd love to see that.

Re: September single...???

I think it's great and sounds relevant and modern. Also, the intro sounds like Hold that sucker down by OT Quartet which makes it a winner for me right away. Totally does, thanks for that, it was really bugging me what it was! I get a bit of Michael Nyman myself. LOVING the video btw, really clever...

Wow, you people are amazing! Thanks for all the info. If this were on PopArt it would certainly be on the Pop side. Great chorus!

Re: 21st Century Boys

Thanks for the great recap and the fun project Drico! It is amazing to think that they could have quit and we would have missed all this. Making these lists is always harder than I expect. Here is my list: 1. The dictator decides 2. The way it used to be 3. Integral (album version) 4. Love etc. 5. F...

I should imagine the set list will be purely a greatest hits set just for the occasion
That's what I would guess, a 60 minute version of the Super tour with all the greatest hits included in the tour.

Love the film, love the Bruce and Neil Young tracks equally - both poignant and aching.

The PSB cover was also very nice.

That sounds amazing, it's a really good quality recording. They should release a studio version of this.

Re: PSB in ‘Blinded By The Light’

I believe PSB did a live cover of Philadelphia during one of the tours. Probably the Release tour. It's another song from the film Philadelphia but written by Neil Young. But they only played it a couple of times. Sadly, I didn't get to hear it live. Anyway, thanks for the heads up about the Springs...

Re: Musik - Cabaret and EP

I've been listening to Musik on my work commute everyday since it came out. Another great release. Love the new songs. Mongrel has a great chorus. Soup has understated and funny lyrics. Ich bin Musik is one of my favorite things they've done recently. I like it more than some of their lead album sin...

Re: Final results of poll on three favorite songs of the "Behaviour era"

I'm having a hard time with the Bilingual one. There are too many good ones to choose from. So far I have narrowed them down to:

Discoteca
It always comes as a surprise
To step aside
Paninaro 95
The truck driver and his mate
Hit and miss
Delusions of grandeur
