Flitting means “moving swiftly”, often used to describe moving house.

Re: The irony of Agenda

Snowflake can be used both ways. It’s not the alleged snowflakes that are getting offended at Neil’s comments. It’s the other side, which makes them snowflakes too. Also you get the British Army using the term in a recent recruitment campaign to recruit millennials. You’re implying that snowflakes a...

Re: David Tennant on nicking Neil's surname

He talked about this to Jeremy Clarskson on Top Gear many years ago. I think it was some Scottish Actors Guild or whatever it was he was joining but they already had a David McDonald, he wanted to go on a different surname and looked up Smash Hits.

Who is that?
Hosted various episodes of TOTP. Most famous for being the host of Fun House on Children's ITV. Something I used to watch as a kid when it was on after school.

I will build a great, great wall of prose about this EP, and I will have Mexico pay for that wall. Mark my words.

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

Mmm the songs are growing on me. Some of the lyrics are pretty awful but isn't that what we see "on social media"? My initial feelings are the production is ordinary and surprise surprise, I see that Tim Powell is one of the Xenomania crowd. Yes remains one of the PSB albums I rarely revisit. It's ...

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

I think PSB are doing it wrong on iTunes, or iTunes themselves are doing it wrong. If they're releasing each track each day, then I don't really want to pay over the odds to buy each track as a seperate release. They should have put the EP up there, and then pre-order it, so at the end of the day yo...

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

I see people mentioning politics. does that stuff actually dictate to your ears? I like Trump, and I have no problem with another point of view even if its mean spirited. its a perfectly functional protest song against what they believe Trump is like. big deal. I love the warm laid back sound and t...

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

Without political malarky, we wouldn't have such classics as Shopping or Kings Cross, or most of the Fundamental album. I would totally expect those songs to just plunge down in the rankings now. By all rights, DJ Culture, Birthday Boy and Integral should be considered total shit shows by those who ...

Re: New EP on April: Agenda

This is reminding me of that time when Chumbawamba recorded an EP called, In Memoriam: Margaret Thatcher in 2005, opened it up for pre-order, and didn't release it until 2013 when she died. They weren't very big fans of her.
