Re: New single „Dancing star“ (digital April 3rd / CD May 3rd)

I'm in NZ and we don't have Amazon. I'm not sure the NZ retailers will stock the CD single.
I'll definitely research options.

Re: New Single - Loneliness

After several listens I love it.
James Ford production shines through. The chorus is an ear worm.
It feels a little 'Before' but new. A solid return.

Re: This thread is to talk about the b-sides of Loneliness

I love Party in the Blitz, different production and very them.

Through You is also classic b side but enough with the 90s snare rolls already. I get a bit of ELO 'Time' era from this tune, which is not a bad thing at all.

Re: New Single - name not yet announced

Tried with a NZ VPN but no luck finding anything on either iTunes or Spotify. Guess it's off to sleep and listening to Radio 2 at work tomorrow. :D You're too far away from NZ. Time to move across at least one time zone. I'm in NZ and will be listening and waiting closely, but I don't expect anythi...

Ive mocked this a fair bit since its release, but I keep coming back to it. I don't know what you want but I can't give it any more

I'm holding off opening my sealed copy... it could be orange or yellow?

Re: Neil Tennant feat. Sven Helbig & Orchestra Live 10.11.23 Berlin

I wish I could go to this. Cricket wife is a bit tiresome but I must be one of the few people who love Legacy, even the waltz bit. Just a brilliant and beautiful piece of music and for some reason I get shivers down my spine listening to the horns come in on the 'there's a cruiser waiting...' part....

Re: Drake sung some West End Girls

This Drack track makes me feel very white. I guess props that he is using West End girls, but that vocal delivery is a choice.

I also love Legacy, and for me it sits beside King of Rome. Cricket Wife, I've always struggled with the structure of it. Two good choices for the orchestra though.

Re: Nightlife - time for reappraisal?

On reflection, there is actually a lot I like about Nightlife The first three tracks - what an opening? For Your Own Good - brilliant Rollo production, but of its time. I don't know what you want - classic 90s Morales. Superb. Was it Love Letters they also did with him? That must have been a stinker...

Re: New Album!

Look, all I can say is listen Jessie Ware's What's Your Pleasure album for the kind of vibe I expect from these sessions.
I'm sure this combo of Neil Chris and James will deliver something special.
I wouldn't be surprised if they create another 'Devices'.
