Re: News: "Chris and Neil have been at their homes, writing new songs and working on music for a new theatre production"

The tragedy of people dying does not change the cruelty and disproportionate response of Lockdown. In UK we have 100,000 deaths - or rather deaths recorded with 28 days of a covid test - many died of other cases but have been recorded as covid deaths 40% were a result of catching it in care homes an...

So pleased this is on CD too - a live album with those sought after live versions.

Bravo!

Re: News: "Chris and Neil have been at their homes, writing new songs and working on music for a new theatre production"

There will be no gigs this year. No theatre, No sport. No bars. No restaurants. No travel. No touch. No friends. No family. No tax revenue. No jobs. No non-covid health care. The disproportionate response to an over-exaggerated risk will continue to decimate western societies until there is nothing ...

The government has its hand on the throat of the nation and will not be letting go in a hurry.

They want zero deaths from covid, which is an impossibility. We are to remain in lockdown for a long time to come. Sadly, I do not believe there will be any live gigs next year.

Re: More coming soon :-)

This is all sounds amazing, but where are the links please?

I can't seem to find them. Or see them..

I've always wished they would release an album of the tour versions of songs, which they clearly spend a lot of work on. Or at least an EP.

Re: Pet Shop Boys & Robbie Williams

Rudebox is an amazing album. Soul Mechnic were responsible for a lot of it, with Robbie.

It's bonkers, but probably one of the best pop albums ever.

Easy - at 3 min 40 of A man could get arrested . I think I can credit this single moment as to when I fell for PSB. I've always thought how great this would sound live

Re: No more LAYERS please!

I agree fully with the fact Andrew Dawson was perfect for them. I like most of Elysium, (ignoring Hold on) , but songs aside, the production is amazing. I do like the layers, but recently, on Hotspot, it felt as though the songs could have been stretched longer, the ideas were there, they needed mor...

Well i do own the 12" and cd single, (as he smooths down his ruffled collector feathers) but it'd be nice to have it in the pubic domain, mainly because it's the best mix!

I hear what you're saying, but he really did bring ot the best in the boys. A-ha recently (ish) reunited with their first producer Alan Tarney and it was stunning -
