Just to add to the missing list: All or Nothing.... I think it is amazing that even going with 3 discs there is still so much more that they could have included that remains officially unreleased, definitely enough for a career spanning box set of rarities.

A band worth it's salt can just release a product in a limited amount and get the same effect. RSD was an interesting concept during the financial crisis and while no one bought vinyl, but now, it does not really serve much of a purpose. I'm sure it is good for ebay though.

The way they handled this release is totally lame. I suppose the CD will be downloadable and the book made into a PDF for all to read on the usual illicit places. But making sure the item is not available to accommodate the demand is simply stupid.
